I agree that judgment is becoming the scarce resource. What I’m increasingly seeing, though, is that failure isn’t usually caused by bad decisions. It’s caused by decisions that were once correct, but whose context has quietly shifted. AI accelerates execution.

It doesn’t automatically revalidate assumptions. So the real skill may not just be judgment, but the discipline of revisiting judgment before volatility surfaces.
